This sixteen season medical drama follows the life of Doctor Meredith Grey who is the daughter of renowned surgeon Ellis Grey. The story starts when she’s accepted into the surgical internship program at Seattle Grace Hospital. As she works in the hospital she becomes friends with her co-workers, Cristina Yang, George O’Malley, Izzie Stevens, and Alex Karev. They bond over their hectic schedules and residency requirements while balancing their personal lives. They are overseen by a senior resident, Miranda Bailey, who works with attendings such as Derek Shepherd (Meredith’s lover), Preston Burke, and Doctor Richard Webber who is her Grey's mother’s former love interest. This series shows emotion through the deaths and departures in Meredith’s life. This show will take you on an emotional rollercoaster.
New Amsterdam
New Amsterdam follows the life of Doctor Max Goodwin as the medical director at a public hospital in New York. His goal is to help people even when he was the one who needed treatment for his squamous cell carcinoma, also known as throat cancer. This show makes you see the good in people and makes you feel like there’s hope for the world. With all the successes and failures, and cute moments, this is a feel-good show and is definitely one of the best medical dramas out there.
Lethal Weapon
This action-packed tv-show follows the story of a former Navy Seal named Martin Riggs who suffered from the loss of his wife and child. After the traumatic experience he had, he moves to Los Angeles and gets a job as a detective in the police department. Riggs is partnered with Roger Murtaugh who recently suffered from a heart attack and must avoid any stress. They despise each other having nothing in common but soon realize that they click as partners and soon become friends.
Money Heist
Eight experienced and skilled thieves lock themselves inside the Royal Mint of Spain with a number of hostages while one of them stays on the outside negotiating and manipulating the police in order to successfully carry out a so-called impossible money heist. Originally called La Casa De Papel, the hit series Money Heist is now available in English, but be warned once your start it’ll be impossible to stop.
Prison Break
Prison Break follows the story of a man named Michael Scofield who intentionally commits a crime on his mission to break his brother out of prison. Lincoln (his brother) was framed for killing the vice-presidents brother and was put on death row. Michael battles time and creates a master plan that saves his brother before it's too late.
